You want to spring into action and support the Sea Punks hands-on? You can see yourself supporting us onshore, for example by joining one of our streetteams at concerts in your city? Or do you have experience with ships and want to support us on board of the SEA PUNK I when at port and/or during a mission? No matter how and where, we are looking forward to hearing from you. Please, fill out our crewing questionnaire here.
Join the Sea Punks onshore
Please be aware that due to security reasons only people fully vaccinated against Covid-19 will be able to join us on board. Each mission is envisaged to take 4 weeks.
You have been wanting to take action yourself for quite some time? However, you are not quite sure how? We have a suggestion! Once a month we organize an online-meeting, where the Sea Punks introduce the association, how we work and especially the different areas of our work. Together we can think about where you would fit in best and where we currently need support. If we find a good fit, you can join the corresponding working group to get a first hand impression of our work. Interested? Then register here and we will send you the link and the date of the next meeting. Let’s go! We are looking forward to meeting you!
If you enjoy hands-on work, you can help us realize our projects. We post corresponding calls on social media or on our website. You can also contact us at any time by mail and we will inform you when there is something to do.
Join our street-teams at concerts
You are at every concert in your area? Then you can organize a stand or an event to tell people about us and our work. We can support you with flyers and boxes for donations – all you need to do is write an e-mail.
Share content on civil search and rescue and support for refugees to draw attention to the deplorable situations people in search of safety face. If Instagram and co. are your thing, you can support our social media and public relations team.
The major part of our work takes place behind the scenes. Whether you want to join us in the long-term or contribute for a specific period of time, you can supports with a wide range of things: organizing, research, fundraising and much more.
Surprisingly still have money left at the end of the month? A donation is always a good investment as unfortunately we cannot do our work without sufficient financial resources. No money left? Put up a donation box at your next party or grandma’s birthday.
Check out when the next protest in your area is happening (your local NGOs’ Instagram/Facebook accounts are usually a good place to start) – or organize your own protest.
Everyone can do something!
This is not all you can do, of course. Be creative, network with other people in your area and get started – following our motto: “Let’s do it!”
If you want to support us or we can help you to support refugees, just let us know and write us an e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
