Oktober 2026 Thread Wenn wir wissen, dass monatlich eine bestimmte Summe safe reinkommt, dann können wir unsere Arbeit ganz anders ausrichten, eventuell sogar Rücklagen bilden, die uns dann bei Notfällen wie unerwarteten nötigen Reparaturen abpuffern. Als Bootschafter:in kommst du – wenn du das möchtest – mit deinem Namen an unsere Wall of Fame auf der Sea Punk I. Dort werden alle Punks verewigt, die mit ihrer Dauerspende unsere Einsätze möglich machen.

11. Oktober 2026 Sunday greetings from the ship! The Sea Punk I is now back at anchor in her home port of Augusta, Sicily. Over the coming weeks, we will be preparing her for the next rotation. On Sundays, however, we take things easy and gather strength for what lies ahead. Repairs and logistical tasks are on the agenda for the coming week. Stay tuned. The photographs by @meikekenn give you an impression of what it looks like on site.

Oktober 2026 Thread ⛴️ URGENT: Call for Crew - 4th Rotation Sea Punks 2026 🏥 📆 Dates: 02.11.2026-04.12.2026 For our next rotation, we are urgently looking for the following positions: Second Mechanist You will be part of the engine team, overseeing the safe operation of the main engine, compressors and pumps. You are on watch in the engine room and assist the 1st Mechanist in repairs and maintenance. Requirements: -Training in mechanics/engines -Good social and communication skills

There is an obligation to rescue and disembark individuals in a safe port—which is precisely what we did, while maintaining continuous and full communication and cooperation with the Italian authorities.
